Class A PGA Professional with 22 years of coaching experience and more than 30,000 lessons given. Joe is the Director of Instruction at the Arizona Biltmore and is internationally recognized as one of the leading voices in golf development and coaching innovation.

As the former Co-Founder of the International Preparatory Golf Academy (IPGA) in Bangkok, Thailand, Joe helped build one of the world's premier golf academies, working with players from around the globe across every level of the game.

Joe has also coached players at the highest levels of the game, including major champions on the PGA and LPGA Tours, giving him a unique perspective on long-term player development — from a first golf experience to competing on the world's biggest stages.

Beyond coaching, Joe has become a respected leader in golf technology and education. He has served as an Education Director and consultant for several of the industry's most innovative performance technology companies, helping coaches around the world better understand biomechanics, motor learning, and player development through advanced data and technology.

For adult players, that experience means one thing: you get measured, coached and trained like a tour player — around the body you actually have and the time you actually have to practice.

The ACT System: Assess. Coach. Train.

The Combine Assessment is the Assess phase of Joe's ACT System. We measure your full swing, short game and putting before any coaching happens. Once we know your numbers, we move into Coach — building a plan around the real cause of your leaks — and Train — giving you the drills, practice structure and feedback loop to make the change stick. No guesswork. Just a clear path from where you are to where you want to be.

Joe's Philosophy

Swing. Skill. Score.

As golfers we always focus on score — but to truly improve we have to connect the dots between the score you shoot, the skills you have (or are missing), and the swing producing those skills. When those three pieces stay disconnected, your game becomes a constant cycle of band-aids. My job is to measure all three, find the real cause of your leaks, and build a plan that moves your score by improving the right skills and swing matchups for your body.

Watch Joe talk about Swing, Skill and Score with former world #1 and Open Champion, Tom Lehman.

Pro Analysis

Watch Joe Analyze 6 of the Best Players on the PGA Tour

Using the same technology you will use in your own program. You'll see from these analyses that all swings are different — it's just a matter of finding the right matchups for the player to create efficiency, power and accuracy.

Just like these tour players, you should not be coached into a cookie-cutter method.

Real Players. Real Results.

What Adults Say

14.2 → 7.812 months
I spent years bouncing between coaches and YouTube tips. The Combine Assessment finally showed me exactly what was costing me strokes — not opinions, but real data. Within a year I went from a 14 to a 7.8 and actually understand my own swing.

Won his flightone season
Joe didn't try to give me a tour swing. He built a swing around what my body can do. For the first time in over a decade I had a plan that made sense — and it showed. I won my club championship flight and finally feel like I'm still getting better.
David L.Scottsdale, AZ
24 → 159 months
The data doesn't lie. I thought my driver was the problem, but the assessment pointed straight to my wedges inside 100 yards. Once we fixed that with a clear practice plan, my handicap dropped nine points in under a year.
